RealGig, Inc. ("RealGig", "we") operates a marketplace where verified real estate professionals find and hire each other for gig work. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email, and professional credentials (e.g. license or NMLS ID) used for verification.
- Gig and messaging activity you create on the platform.
- Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data as our payment processor.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and usage logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To verify credentials, operate the marketplace, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's Privacy Policy. Connected professionals onboard through Stripe Connect.
