Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RealGig marketplace operated by RealGig, Inc. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & verification
RealGig is for verified real estate professionals. You must hold and maintain the credentials you represent (e.g. an active license). We may suspend accounts that fail verification or violate these Terms.
Gigs & payments
Professionals post and accept gigs directly with each other. RealGig facilitates payment through Stripe and charges a platform fee on completed, paid gigs. RealGig is not a party to the underlying service agreement between professionals and does not guarantee any gig outcome.
RESPA notice (real estate settlement services)
RealGig does not facilitate, broker, or pay referral fees for the referral of settlement-service business (including mortgage referrals). Subscription fees purchase platform access and visibility only, not referrals. Nothing on the platform constitutes a thing of value exchanged for referrals under RESPA Section 8.
Liability & changes
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, RealGig is not liable for disputes between professionals or for indirect damages. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
